Characteristics of cooling and cooling equipment

Dec 11, 2024|

The basic principles of cooling include three main methods: heat conduction, convection, and radiation. Thermal conduction is the transfer of heat from a high-temperature object to a low-temperature object, usually achieved through direct contact; Convection is the use of fluid (gas or liquid) flow to remove heat; Radiation is the process by which an object loses heat by emitting thermal radiation

The characteristics of cooling equipment vary depending on the type:

Air cooler: Using ambient air as the cooling medium, it exchanges heat with the high-temperature process fluid inside the finned tube. Its advantages include saving water, reducing water pollution, low maintenance costs, safe and reliable operation, and long service life. Suitable for condensation of steam at the top of refining and chemical towers, cooling in textile and ceramic factories, and other scenarios

Water cooler: High heat dissipation efficiency, suitable for high temperature and high humidity environments, with low noise and the ability to work in harsh environments. Suitable for industrial refrigeration, commercial central air conditioning systems, medical refrigeration, semiconductor production and other fields

Chiller unit: efficient and energy-saving, adopting intelligent control system, suitable for large commercial places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, etc., as well as industrial production that requires a constant temperature environment

Heat pump cooler: achieves cooling from low-temperature areas to high-temperature areas by transferring heat energy, suitable for various scenarios, depending on the type of heat source and cooling requirements

Vacuum cooling machine: using vacuum technology to reduce the boiling point temperature of water, achieving fast, uniform, and hygienic cooling, suitable for cooling cooked food, pre cooling fruits and vegetables, and other occasions

Water cooled cooler: efficient, environmentally friendly, and safe, widely used in the field of mechanical engineering, especially in oil cooling
