The structural maintenance of fecal treatment equipment mainly includes the following aspects:

Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to ensure that there are no oil stains on the sliding surfaces, screws, racks, gearboxes, oil holes, etc., and that there is no oil or gas leakage in any part. Clean up the chips, debris, and dirt around the equipment


Tool and accessory management: Tools, accessories, and workpieces should be placed neatly, and pipelines and lines should be organized to ensure that equipment is clean and orderly


Lubrication and maintenance: refuel or change oil on time to ensure normal oil pressure, oil quality meets requirements, smooth oil circuit, clean oil gun, oil cup, and oil felt, and avoid dry friction


Safe operation: Adhere to safety operating procedures, do not use equipment beyond its capacity, ensure that the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and promptly eliminate unsafe factors


Regularly inspect and replace worn parts, such as the steel wire rope and drive chain of the manure scraper. Regularly check their tightness and wear condition, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner


Anti corrosion treatment: Equipment is treated with anti-corrosion measures, such as rust prevention treatment on exposed metal surfaces, painting with anti rust paint or spraying anti-corrosion agents, especially on parts that are susceptible to fecal erosion


Deep maintenance: Thoroughly clean the residual feces and dirt inside and outside the equipment after shutdown, paying special attention to cleaning the filter screen, drum, spiral blades and other parts that are prone to accumulating dirt


Storage management: When not in continuous use, store the equipment in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater intrusion; Long term idle equipment should be sealed and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations
