Types and working principles of fecal treatment equipment

Traction scraper type manure cleaning machine: composed of power traction components and execution components (scraper plate), using an electric motor to transmit power to the active roller through a reducer, and obtaining traction force through friction between the traction rope and the roller wheel, thereby driving the scraper plate to carry out manure cleaning work
Circular chain manure cleaning machine: composed of a motor-driven system, corner wheels, and a circular chain with a scraper. The motor deceleration system drives the driving wheel to rotate, driving the circular chain to move along the bottom of the manure ditch, thereby driving the scraper on the chain link for manure cleaning operation
Conveyor belt type manure cleaning machine: composed of a driving device, active roller, conveyor belt, passive roller, tension wheel, etc. The deceleration system drives the active roller to operate through a chain drive system, relying on the tensioned friction force to drive the conveyor belt to move longitudinally along the chicken cage group, conveying the carried manure to one end, and scraping it into the horizontal manure ditch by a scraper plate
