Introduction to the parlour backflush system

Parlour backflush system Milk hall to be milked hall backwash system for the use of anteroom collected wastewater to wash the hall floor automatic water flushing system, the main components are backwash pumps, outdoor control cabinets, multi-way airbag valves, indoor split control box and so on. The system gradually cleans the area to be squeezed by controlling the opening sequence of airbag valves in the hall to be squeezed, which can be automatically flushed one by one or manually flushed in multiple ways.

The airbag valve independently developed by our company is a patented product (ZL2020 2 0631521.8), the valve body adopts double airbags to increase the stroke of the pressure plate, with the function of quick release/closure of the pipeline, and the airbag skeleton adopts the overall hot-dip galvanized treatment. The airbag valve cover plate adopts 6mm thickness corrugated plate, which can carry cattle trampling.

Pumps and coupling devices

250WQ600-37 submersible pump with knife, caliber 250mm, flow rate 600m³/h, head 12m, power 37kw; pump body adopts auto-coupling type installation, connect the conveying pipeline with the coupler base flange, the coupler base is fixed on a special foundation, the pump body can be easily picked up and connected to the pipeline automatically by relying on the coupler climbing guide bar. In addition, all pumps are equipped with hot-dip galvanized lifting chain, through the control of the electric hoist on the gantry can be convenient to lift the heavy pump body for maintenance..
