Vortex shell: the inlet horn is made of high-strength gray cast ductile iron, with smooth flow path and balanced flow rate and flow direction changes.

Bearings: High quality rolling bearings are used, which can withstand all axial and radial loads and are completely separated from the conveyed medium.

Cutting blade: special blade for livestock farms, made of alloy with Rockwell hardness of 48HR or more, with a clearance of 0.1-0.25mm between the impeller and the cutting disk, which can effectively cut towels, gloves, plastic bags, woven ropes, weeds, etc.

This product has a high flow rate and is mainly used with the flushing of sewage from fecal trenches.

The pump body adopts automatic coupling type installation. The conveying pipeline is connected to the coupler base flange, and the coupler base is fixed on the special foundation.

The pump body can be easily removed and automatically connected to the pipeline by means of the coupler climbing guide bar.

In addition, all pumps are equipped with hot-dip galvanized lifting chains, so that the heavy pumps can be easily lifted and serviced by controlling the electric hoist on the gantry.
