Our company's processing technology is "pipe welding+overall hot-dip galvanizing". After the headlock is processed, the overall hot-dip galvanization is carried out. It is strictly prohibited to use anti rust paint to treat the weld seam; Before galvanization, the overall rust removal and acid washing should be carried out. After galvanization, the surface should be dense, smooth, and clean, with a consistent galvanization layer and an average thickness greater than 100um. There should be no peeling or peeling phenomenon, and lifelong no corrosion.
The headlock has no sharp corners or burrs in contact with the cow at any position, and the top of the headlock column is shrunk without any potential scratches. Since the product was promoted and used for 10 years, the cumulative sales have exceeded 400,000 pcs. The product has won praise from new and old customers for its durability and flexible, and users can use it with confidence.

Headlock production process: robot welding to ensure precise structural dimensions that meet drawing requirements and ensure flexibility in use. The pipe bending use specialized equipment, the self-locking system and large support plate all formed by one-time stamping hot-dip galvanized steel plate with thickness 4mm or more. All edges and corners are blunted to prevent scratching. Products all batch welded by robots.
