Neck Clip Lock1

Neck clip locks are commonly used for animal neck clips in the field of animal husbandry

Structural composition

Lock tongue and card slot: Similar to the self-locking mechanism of a cow neck yoke, there are lock tongue and card slot on the neck yoke rod. The lock tongue can be ejected and inserted into the card slot to achieve locking.

Trigger device: generally composed of springs and other components, when the animal's head is inserted to push the relevant components, it can trigger the lock tongue to pop out.

Operating components: such as butterfly cards, can be manually unlocked or locked, and some are equipped with levers or buttons for unlocking.

working principle

Automatic locking: The animal extends its head into the neck clamp area, pushes the movable rod and other components, triggers the triggering device of the neck clamp lock, causes the lock tongue to pop out and cooperate with the slot, and restricts the animal's head movement.

Animal medicine: When animals need to undergo disease treatment, examination and other operations, the animal's head can be fixed to prevent them from moving around, ensuring the smooth progress of medical operations.
