Long Screen

The main responsibility of the long screen is to conduct preliminary dewatering treatment on the livestock materials entering the solid-liquid separator, such as the mixed materials of livestock manure, breeding sewage, and sundries. After the materials are fed into the separator, they first come into contact with the long screen. With the mechanical extrusion of the separator, a large amount of water in the materials can quickly pass through the screen, achieving the preliminary separation of solid and liquid. This efficient pre-dewatering operation not only significantly improves the overall separation efficiency but also remarkably reduces the workload of subsequent processing equipment, optimizing the entire solid-liquid separation process.

The long screen is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. In the face of the complex material composition in the livestock industry (such as the acid-base components in manure) and the humid working environment, it can still maintain stable performance, is not easy to deform or be damaged, thus ensuring long-term reliable operation. The advanced manufacturing process ensures the uniformity and accuracy of the screen gaps. Each screen hole is precisely processed, making the flow of materials on the screen more smooth and the filtration effect more stable and consistent.

In addition, the material can also be customized to 316 stainless steel. If screen meshes of other sizes are needed, customization is also available. Our factory can currently produce accessories for separators of major brands.
