I. Basic structure

Guiding device: set up at both ends of the manure ditch or suitable position along the line, the main role is to guide the wire rope to run in accordance with the established route, to ensure that the scraper can accurately and smoothly scrape manure back and forth along the manure ditch, common forms of pulley group, etc., so that the wire rope can smoothly change direction.

Tensioning device: used to adjust the degree of tension of the wire rope, to ensure that the wire rope in the operation process always maintain the appropriate tension, to avoid too loose lead to scraper movement is not smooth, or too tight to affect the service life of the wire rope or even cause safety problems, usually using the weight of the tensioning hammer, spiral tensioning and other ways.

Control system: it can realize the automatic control of scraping board, such as according to the preset time interval, scraping stroke to control the motor start, stop and forward and reverse, so that the scraping operation can be carried out in an orderly manner according to the set rules.

Second, the working principle

Forward manure scraping: when the equipment is started, the motor in the driving device starts to run under the instruction of the control system, and the wire rope is driven to wind up the action after deceleration and torsion increase by the speed reducer (assuming it is positive rotation). One end of the wire rope is connected to the scraper, with the winding of the wire rope, it pulls the scraper along the manure ditch from one end to the other end to move smoothly. In the process of moving, the scraper closely fits the bottom and side walls of the ditch, scraping and gathering the accumulated manure forward, so that the manure is gradually pushed to the designated collection area at one end of the ditch with the movement of the scraper.

Return reset: when the scraper reaches the set position at one end of the ditch, the control system will control the motor of the driving device to reverse, so that the wire rope will be released. At this time, the scraper will move back along the manure ditch under the traction of the wire rope and return to the starting position. Some of the scraper boards will be lifted up to a certain height or change the angle by the specific mechanical structure design during the return trip, so that it will not touch the manure as much as possible, preventing the area that has been cleaned from being dirty again, so that it can be prepared for the next scraping operation.

Characteristics

Simple structure: compared with some complex drive chain or gear drive scraper, the overall structure of the wire rope scraper is relatively simple, with relatively few parts and components, which makes it relatively easy to install and maintain, and facilitates the operation and management of farms and other places.

Strong adaptability: it can adapt to different lengths, widths and shapes of manure ditches, only need to reasonably arrange the direction of the wire rope and install guiding, tensioning and other devices. And the size and shape of the scraper can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual demand to better match the specific manure ditch and manure cleaning requirements.

Fourth, the use of precautions

Installation specification: We should strictly follow the installation instructions of the equipment to ensure that the guiding device, tensioning device installation position is accurate and firm, the connection of the wire rope, the winding method is correct, the motor of the drive device, reducer installation and debugging of the transmission relationship, to ensure that the whole system can operate normally.
